Rice County GOP Caucus Tuesday Evening February 6

The Rice County Republican (GOP) Caucus has registration beginning 6:00 p.m. with the Call to Order at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 6, 2018.  All four City of Faribault precincts and the following townships will meet at Faribault High School.

Cannon City, Morristown, Richland, Shieldsville, Walcott, Warsaw, Wells and the City of Morristown.  Residents of Wheatland, Webster, Erin and Forest Township and the City of Lonsdale meet at Montgomery-Lonsdale Elementary East.

Residents of Bridgewater, Northfield, Wheeling townships and the City of Northfield gather at Northfield High School.

It's an opportunity to discuss issues, choose delegates and alternates to Republican Conventions for 2018, choose party leadership and vote in the Republican Gubernatorial Straw Poll.

Northfield High School is located at 1400 Division Street South in Northfield.

Montgomery-Lonsdale Elementary East is at 1000 Idaho Street Southwest in Lonsdale.

Faribault High School address is 330 9th Avenue Southwest in Faribault.

The Rice County Republicans 2018 Convention is March 3 from 8:00 a.m. to Noon at Met-Con Construction Services 5760 Acorn Trail, Faribault.

The convention serves to advance platform resolutions, action items and other business put before the convention.
