Rice County ADA Banquet Canceled

The Annual Rice County American Dairy Association Banquet that was scheduled for Saturday March 21, 2020 at the American Legion in Morristown has been canceled. That is not a surprise as just about everything has been canceled or postponed. The banquet typically has less than 200 people so it could have been held even with Minnesota Governor Walz's restrictions on large gatherings.

However, the Rice County American Dairy Association board thought the responsible thing to do was to cancel the banquet. Unfortunately, there are no plans to reschedule the banquet. Very soon we will be in April and that means spring fieldwork and planting. So, I guess there is always next year!
