Profit Taking in the Grains Today

We have seen some big swings in the grains today but we are a fair amount lower. We have had a big run and in the case of corn broke through overhead resistance and got quit a bit above it. Gordy with Slipka Trading said during our 11:15 report that it is normal to see a market break through and than go back down and test the new support level. As we move forward in April weather is going to become the big factor. It sure has been much cooler than normal and possibly more snow on the way. I know it is early April but I can remember some years we have seen corn planted around here in early April. I sure hope we do not see a repeat of last year!
