Plea Deal For Former Dodge Center Man in Sex Abuse Case
Mantorville, MN (KROC-AM News) - A former Dodge Center man today entered a guilty plea in a sex abuse case.
37-year-old Daniel Raymond Anderson of Janesville admitted to a second-degree criminal sexual conduct charge involving sexual contact with a victim under the age of 16. He was originally charged last April with six felony charges, including three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct for sexual abuse that occurred in Dodge Center.
Anderson is scheduled to be sentenced on May 5th He was previously sentenced to five years on probation for a 2015 child pornography conviction in Olmsted County. He was charged in that case after a coworker at a Rochester business discovered child pornography files while using Anderson's work computer while he was on vacation.
