Pet of the Week: Tony
Each week I’ll share a picture and a little bit about a pet that is available for adoption and waiting to find a good home. If you’re thinking of adding a pet to your home, pet adoption can be a very rewarding way to do so. Check out this week’s Pet of the Week and then check back next week to see a new furry friend looking for a fur-ever home.
Meet Tony! Tony is a Newfoundland mix, meaning he's a large dog. He's about 1 year old, but gets along well with cats, other dogs and older kids. He loves playing with ropes and sqeeky toys, getting treats, and spending time with people.
Tony is neutered and is current on his vaccinations as well as being crate trained and house trained. If you’re interested in learning more about Tony, or about another pet available for adoption, visit safesanctuary.org for application forms and more information.
S.A.F.E Sanctuary is a local foster-based rescue and adoption program that aims to pair animals with good homes. They spay or neuter pets and work to train and socialize them during the fostering period.
