Pet of the Week: Cheeto
Each week I’ll share a picture and a little bit about a pet that is available for adoption and waiting to find a good home. If you’re thinking of adding a pet to your home, pet adoption can be a very rewarding way to do so. Check out this week’s Pet of the Week and then check back next week to see a new furry friend looking for a fur-ever home.
Meet Cheeto! Cheeto is a female guinea pig and is 3 years old. Cheeto likes to munch on fresh veggies and Timothy hay. She likes to roam and is friendly, but prefers a home with older kids. When she moves into her new home, she will be bringing some supplies such as food, litter box, play box, den, play tube and toys, but she will need a small cage.
Cheeto is litter box trained. If you’re interested in learning more about Cheeto, or about another pet available for adoption, visit safesanctuary.org for application forms and more information.
S.A.F.E Sanctuary is a local foster-based rescue and adoption program that aims to pair animals with good homes. They spay or neuter pets and work to train and socialize them during the fostering period.
