Pedestrian Killed in Central Minnesota

Becker, MN (KROC AM News) - A central Minnesota man was killed Friday night after being struck by a car.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 66-year-old Francis Pittman was walking across Highway 10 in Becker around 7:30 PM when he was hit. He died at the scene.

The driver of the car was identified as 23-year-old Anastasia Mattson of Brainerd.

Pittman lived in Big Lake, which is about 15 miles from Becker.
