Last night started the kick-off to the Holiday Season in downtown Owatonna, starting with the lighted parade and ending in Central Park with the lighting of the lights. It was a great night weather wise, not too cold, and people lined Cedar Avenue for the parade.

I had a great time. The parade was amazing, as always, and it was such a festive environment. So many smiling faces, and the excitement on the faces of the children when Santa and Mrs. Claus rode past. I only wish I had a picture to share of that. Unfortunately I did not get one of Santa and Mrs. Claus, at least I didn't get one that isn't blurry.
