Jerry’s Getting Ready for National FFA Week

It has been a busy week preparing for National FFA Week next week. When we are at the State FFA Convention in April or the National FFA Convention in October, we do interviews with area FFA members. For National FFA Week, I record 50-second clips with area FFA members on why they joined the FFA, events they have planned for National FFA Week, things they have been able to do because they joined the FFA, what the FFA means to them and so on.

I hope you enjoy hearing area FFA members in our area on the air next week. It seems most of the time in the news you only hear about kids when they are in trouble or doing bad things. It is fun to give some public recognition to kids doing good things!
