The warmer weather and schools about to be done for the year have made quite a few kids squirrely, so if you are looking for something to do with the kids for a day, maybe you can feed your need for speed, and keep the kids entertained with the place that has Minnesota's 'fastest rental karts', at the Stockholm Karting Center located in Cokato.

The Stockholm Karting Center is located off Highway 12 in Cokato, which is in Wright County, which Google Maps says is just UNDER 100 miles away, so it's long enough that it's probably a day trip, or you can plan to stop out on your way out of town for Memorial Day weekend.

How big is the track?

The track size is just a little bit larger than a half-mile sitting at .65  mile, 14 turn road course which according to the website sits 26 feet wide and has "several key passing points provide an incredibly safe, yet competitive layout for racing." For those venturing out to ride expect "a combination of long straightaways, sweeping banked turns, two significant elevation changes providing a very challenging layout to conquer."
