If you watch a lot of HGTV shows like House Hunters, Flip or Flop, or Love It Or List It, get ready to see some familiar scenery, as a family from right here in Minnesota and their new HGTV show hits the screen for the first time tonight.

While Minnesota has already been featured in several HGTV shows from Nicole Curtis, Amy Matthews and more, there's a brand new show that features a couple (and their real estate business) right here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.

That's right, the new show 'Stay or Sell' (which premieres tonight at 10 p.m. on HGTV) features Minnesotans, Heather and Brad Fox, who own Fox Homes. Their realty firm has been in business in Minnetonka for the past 10 years, helping you "buy, sell, design, remodel or build a home of your dreams," as their site says.

Their new show appears to be a mixture of Love It Or Leave It, Flip or Flop, and Chip and Joanna Gaines' Fixer Upper, where the Foxes try to help a Minnesota family (the first one featured is from St. Louis Park) decide whether they want to renovate their current home (with help from Fox Homes, of course) or if they want to find a brand-new home. This Mpls-StPaul story explains more about the show's premise, and also says the Foxes are hosting a special viewing party for the premiere tonight at 6Smith in Wayzata.

My wife and I watch a TON of these shows, so we'll be setting the DVR to catch the premiere of this one, too-- and hoping it gets picked up for a full season! It's always kind of cool to see if you can recognize any of the surrounding areas when those shows feature Minnesota, so this one should be filled with Twin Cities scenery and Minnesota-isms, don'tcha know.
