Minnesota's only statewide organic conference dedicated to organic production is being hosted by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture every Thursday in January. The virtual sessions will start at 3:00 every Thursday beginning on January 7, 2021. The conference will "provide farmers and others interested in organic agriculture the opportunity to learn more about healthy farms, food, food business, and soils.
