Remember there will not be an overnight session in the grain markets tonight. The markets will be closed Monday too in observance of Presidents Day. The grain and livestock Markets did close at their normal times last Friday. The grain markets will open at the normal time Monday evening for the overnight session and the livestock markets will open a the normal time Tuesday morning.

You never know what kind of action we may see in the grain markets when they reopen Monday evening. Presidents Day is just a U.S. holiday so the rest of the world will be trading their markets and doing "business as Usual." This would be an ideal time for China to come in a buy U.S. corn, wheat, pork, ethanol or dried distillers grains before the markets could respond with price increases. Yes, I know I'm dreaming!
