The Minnesota Soybean research and Promotion Council is asking Minnesota's almost 28,000 soybean growers to participate in a survey "to help farmer -leaders and researchers better address the diverse production challenges facing growers across Minnesota." There is a link on the Minnesota Soybean Growers website for farmers to fill out the survey.

"As we look ahead to spring, we want to hear directly from farmers on the issues they're facing on their operations," Minnesota Soybean Research Director David Key said. "The more we hear from our state's growers, the more we can better focus our checkoff research on the issues that matter most to farmers."

The Board members on the Minnesota Soybean Research and Promotion Council are Minnesota Soybean growers who are elected by Minnesota Soybean growers. So, when it comes to funding research projects they have a good understanding of what is important. However, this soybean growers survey will still help them better identify production challenges soybean farmers face as we look toward the 2021 growing season. Click on the link and listen to Minnesota Soybean Research director David Key discuss the survey.
