Lakeville North Gets Third Place Finish in 4A

The Lakeville North Panthers wrapped up their season on Saturday at 27-5 with a hard-fought 63-52 win over Eden Prairie to take third place in Class AAAA.

It was a loud crowd at Concordia University in St. Paul. The Eagles got out to a 7-0 run with before LKN got their first bucket at 1:42 into the game. At just under 4 minutes in LKN tied it up. Not long after LKN went ahead and it was the Panthers leading the Eagles 35-29 at the half.

Eden Prairie game back to within a point with 9:56 left, but LKN hit a 2 by Owen Blascziek and then a three by Collin Denk and never looked back although the Eagles got to within two again at 5:11 to go.

Eden Prairie wrapped their season in 4th place with a record of 23-9.
