The charges say officers observed 46-year-old Vu Vuong Ly of Rochester conducting drug sales out of the northwest Rochester home from mid-October through last week.
Police stopped multiple people seen leaving the residence and found them with cocaine, the complainant says.
Law enforcement executed the search warrant on Thursday and found a large amount of cocaine, $1,500 in cash, a digital scale with cocaine residue and plastic baggies for packing drugs, the court document says.
The cocaine seized from the house weighed 1.09 pounds, according to the complaint. Police arrested Ly after searching the home.

His conditional bail was set at $200,000 during her first court appearance on Tuesday and he is due back in court next month.
