
Winona County Woman Accused of Selling Meth to Rochester Police Informant
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A southeast Minnesota woman has been charged in a Rochester drug sales case.

That’s according to a criminal complaint filed in Olmsted County Court earlier this week.
The felony charge stems from a drug sale to a Rochester police informant that happened last year, the court document indicates.
Winona County Woman Accused of Selling 30.4 Grams of Meth to Rochester Police Informant
47-year-old Alyssa Susan Zachary of Minnesota City is facing one count of first-degree drug sales.

The criminal complaint alleges the Winona County woman sold the informant methamphetamine in Rochester during a controlled buy in May of 2025.
The meth purchased during the controlled buy weighed 30.4 grams with packaging, the court document says.
Zachary is being charged by summons. She’s scheduled to make her first appearance in Olmsted County Court in August.
