Heath was charged Monday morning with felony fleeing and misdemeanor speeding. His conditional bail was set at $25,000.

Court records indicate Heath was out on no bail in a drug case at the time of the pursuit.

He was charged one count of first-degree drug sales, a count of third-degree drug possession and misdemeanor DWI after a Rochester traffic stop in January led to the discovery of  25.56 grams of suspected methamphetamine and $1,252 in cash.

He's due back in court for both cases later this month.

Story updated to include drug charges against Heath.
