The warrant, filed in Olmsted County Court on Thursday, indicates he has been out of custody since March 10.

The incident began shortly before 4 p.m. with an attempted traffic stop for traffic violations. It ended with the suspect running into the Zumbro River in rural southwest Rochester.

The criminal complaint, filed in Olmsted County Court earlier this week, says the case stems from a controlled buy conducted by the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office.

The vehicle involved in the crash had left the roadway.

The twisters left a wake of damage behind. The National Weather Service says the storm damaged more than 100 homes in Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) issued a statewide Missing Person Alert on behalf of the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office on April 10 for 18-year-old Adley Sky Robertson.

The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office estimates more than 50 homes suffered storm damage in Marion and Quincy Townships and in northeastern Stewartville.

Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office Captain Tim Parkin says first responders were called to the scene of the crash around 2:45 Thursday afternoon.

The deputy found the crashed vehicle north of Rochester in Oronoco Township. It had been reported stolen out of Rochester.

The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office made the drug bust late last year, according to the court document. Authorities executed a search warrant on December 1 at a home in northeast Rochester.
