The incident began shortly before 4 p.m. with an attempted traffic stop for traffic violations. It ended with the suspect running into the Zumbro River in rural southwest Rochester.
The criminal complaint, filed in Olmsted County Court earlier this week, says the case stems from a controlled buy conducted by the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) issued a statewide Missing Person Alert on behalf of the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office on April 10 for 18-year-old Adley Sky Robertson.
The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office estimates more than 50 homes suffered storm damage in Marion and Quincy Townships and in northeastern Stewartville.
The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office made the drug bust late last year, according to the court document. Authorities executed a search warrant on December 1 at a home in northeast Rochester.
