Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- Police are looking for a second suspect connected to a shooting that occurred at a northwest Rochester apartment complex over the weekend.

Officers responded to the report of gunfire around 4:40 Saturday afternoon. 

The Rochester apartment complex where the reported shooting occurred is in the 6500 block of Lodgeview Ct. Northwest, which is just east of Hwy. 52.

Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson said Monday that a person who was detained after the shooting has since been arrested. He is being described as a 17-year-old boy.

Grayson said one of the residences was hit by bullets. No one was injured in the gunfire. 

Second Suspect Sought in Shooting at Rochester Apartment Complex

Investigators are now trying to identify and locate the second shooting suspect, Grayson says. Police did not release a physical description of the person they are seeking. 

The investigation indicates that the parties involved in the apartment complex shooting were communicating with each other before the gunfire rang out, Grayson says.
