Minnesota Law Enforcement, in collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, had their sights set on an Elk River landfill today. The search was related to a missing Twin Cities teen. The Anoka County Sheriff's Office announced the search on social media this morning.
Missing since May
The missing teen, Jordan Collins Jr., who goes by Manny, was last seen, according to law enforcement, on May 8th in Columbia Heights. Collins was last seen wearing "a white ribbed tank top with red/black plaid pants." Since his disappearance, law enforcement has indicated on May 28th that "there has been no known phone or social media activity" made by Manny.

Law enforcement from the Columbia Heights Police Department, Anoka County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and Federal Bureau of Investigation are conducting a search at the Waste Management Landfill in the City of Elk River in relation to the disappearance of Manny Collins. This remains an active investigation and no further information is available at this time.
