How Do They Do That?
Sunday was my birthday and I was out to the farm planting sweet corn. The evening before, Birds Eye Foods came in with their 40-foot air drill and planted my peas. It was a nice birthday present to get the last of the planting done. In addition, my mom and all my brothers and sisters except Deb were back for a "clean up weekend" at the farm. My Aunt Janette and Uncle Roger had everyone over for dinner and a birthday party.
This is a picture of the ice cream birthday cake my mom ordered from Dairy Queen. I love ice cream even if it is cold and I always enjoy ice cream cakes. It is amazing that they can put a picture of a John Deere 4640 on a cake! I suspect they take a picture and load it into a computer. Then the computer is tied to some sort of applicator that can apply different colored ice cream to the cake. Yes, we all enjoyed the ice cream!
