Goodhue County 4-H Livestock Auction Saturday

The annual Goodhue County 4-H Livestock Auction will be Saturday morning on the Goodhue County Fairgrounds in Zumbrota. There will be a complimentary buyers breakfast served in the Goodhue County 4-H Building at 8AM. The Livestock Auction begins about 9AM in the livestock show arena. Instructions will be given at the breakfast for new buyers as to how the auction works and how the money is distributed.

It is always nice to be at a 4-H Auction, no matter what county and see so many business, parents, grandparents and other people there supporting the 4-H program in their county. It is special in Goodhue County because after the auction all the buyers are invited to the Goodhue County Pork Producers food stand for a pork sandwich. In 4-H, members learn how to win, but they also learn that you don't always win. Sometime thinks just do not work out the way you hoped they would. That is true in life too isn't it?
