Good Information, and Good Food, Too, at Winter Crops Day

This is the time of year when farmers attend a lot of meetings. You could call them "continuing education." It is all about getting the latest research information that we can use for the next growing season. And it is true -- they usually include good food, too. This was lunch that was served Winter Crops Day I was at Friday: stuffed pork chops, and apple crisp for desert!
