I suppose every genre of music has its share of strange song titles. It just seems to me though that country music has it hands down as far as funny and or strange song titles. Let's take a look at a few that I think are the funniest. Some were actually hits and others, while not hits, were recorded by fairly well-known artists.

May the Bird of Pardise Fly Up Your Nose

This was actually a really big hit. It topped the country charts in 1965 and made the top 20 on the pop charts. Lil Jimmy Dickens was a member of the Grand Ole Opry and a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame

Get Your Tongue Outta My Mouth Cause I'm Kissing You Goodbye

What a crazy title. Here's John Denver singing it. Ray Stevens also recorded a version of this song.

I'd Rather Have a Bottle in Front of Me Than a Frontal Lobotomy

If My Nose Were Full of Nickels, I'd Blow It All On You

This actually isn't a bad song. Dennis Werner is a Minnesota native.

It's Hard To Kiss The Lips That Chew My Ass All Day

While this crazy titled song wasn't a hit, singer Rodney Crowell's Diamonds and Dirt album in 1988 became the first to yield five No. 1 hits. Rodney released this quite a few years later.
