Funnel Cloud Spotted Near Alexandria Sunday Afternoon [Photos]
Sunday was gorgeous in the St. Cloud area, but further north on I-94 the weather had a different story.
My sister snapped a photo of a funnel cloud in the Alexandria area, and she wasn't the only one to see it. I had multiple people across my social media networks sharing pictures of the cloud formation.
Funnel Clouds are defined as a rotating funnel-shaped cloud forming the core of a tornado or waterspout. They are usually short-lived, and seldom touch the ground.
