Free Cheeseburgers at Dairy Farm On Saturday

On Saturday the Rice County Amercian Dairy Association will be hosting a day on a dairy farm from 10AM to 1PM. Everyone is invited to Paul and Barb Liebenstein's dairy farm by Dundas. A free cheeseburger lunch will be served along with farm tours and all kinds of games and events for kids. The Liebensteins' dairy farm is very easy to find. From I-35 take the Dundas exit and head east for about a half-mile and watch for Baseline Road. Then turn south for 1 mile and watch for the signs.

It is always nice when the weather cooperates and we have a big crowd. The latest forecast was calling for thunderstorms until about 10AM. Paul has a very large shop, so even if it is raining the program will be held inside. Paul and Barb have a large and very modern dairy. I know many people are busy this weekend with Heritage Days, but if you have time stop in with the whole family.
