FBO Chamber Agri-Business Committee Delivers Lunches to Farmers

The Faribault Chamber of Commerce is one of only about 5 Chambers in Minnesota that have an Agri-Business Committee and it is very active. Wednesday and Thursday Agri-Business members divided up 4 different routes and delivered meals to farmers in the field. The ideas was to just say thank you for your hard work and dedication producing food, fuel and fiber for not only citizens in the United States but overseas too!

I was not able to help deliver lunches as I was a little busy trying to get things done at the studio and get out to my combine in the corn field. I did do just a little "begging," Kelly and Cassi from the Faribault Chamber of Commerce dropped off a lunch for me to take out to the farm. The lunch make it out to the combine cab and I did enjoy it later on Thursday afternoon!

I mentioned the Faribault Chamber of Commerce Agri-Business Committee is very active with a number of different programs. We could always use more members to help promote agriculture. The only requirement is to be a supporter of agriculture!
