Farmington, MN (KROC AM News) - A Twin Cities-area crash involving a transit van and a compact SUV killed the driver of the larger vehicle.

The State Patrol says the crash occurred around 5:30 pm Tuesday south of Farmington.

According to the accident report, the SUV was pulling away from a stop sign on Highway 3 when the van “T-boned the Rav4 on the passenger side.”

The driver of the van died at the scene. She was identified as 68-year-old Susan Jenkins of Eagan.

The SUV was driven by 19-year-old Belicia Pierre of Farmington. She was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
