Dolly Parton is no stranger to awards and on Sunday (Feb. 12), she picked up her eighth Grammy Award in the category of Country Duo/Group Performance for her collaboration with Pentatonix on her classic hit, "Jolene."

"Oh my Lord, I am so excited to have won the Grammy with Pentatonix on my old song 'Jolene,'" Parton says in a press release. "I am so happy and am so very proud of Pentatonix. The song is one of my favorites. Thanks to the Grammys, but most importantly thanks to all the fans. I love you all."

Their performance beat out fellow nominees Kenny Chesney and Pink for "Setting the World on Fire," Dierks Bentley's collaboration with Elle King on “Different for Girls,” Chris Young and Cassadee Pope teaming up on “Think of You" and Brothers Osborne‘s “21 Summer.”

The duet between the country superstar and a capella group came through a partnership with Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, where both acts have released exclusive editions of their albums. Pentatonix united with Jennifer Nettles at the 2016 CMA Awards to sing "Jolene" in a tribute to Parton and her longstanding career.

The famous track, penned solely by Parton in 1973, has become one of her trademark hits and was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2014. A live version of "Jolene," in addition to "9 to 5," is included on Parton's latest album, Pure and Simple, which was released in 2016 and landed at the top of the country charts, earning Parton her seventh No. 1 album and her first in 25 years.
