There have been a number of states where Governors have issued an order to "Shelter In Place." That means go home and do not leave unless to get food or medicine. That has not occurred in Minnesota yet, but it is possible. The United States Department of Homeland Security has developed a list of Essential Industries that would be allowed and expected to continue to go to work. Unless of course they had flu symptoms and were sick.

The Memorandum On Identification of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers During COVID-19 Response states: "If you work in a critical infrastructure industry, as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, such as healthcare services and pharmaceutical and food supply, you have a special responsibility to maintain your normal work schedule."

You can go to the United States Department of Homeland Security website and read through the entire Memorandum On Identification of Essential Industries. My understanding is, if you are a farmer, business supplying products or services a farmer needs, in food processing, transportation or even providing cleaning services for food processing, all keep working.
