Of course the idea behind Dairy Trivia is to educate consumers about the dairy industry and nutritional benefits of dairy products. Today's question was how many cups of broccoli would equal the amount of calcium in 1 cup of milk? We all know calcium is important in your diet and broccoli is high in calcium. The answer was 3 cups of broccoli would equal just 1 cup of milk. I am not a big fan of broccoli. However my mother would steam broccoli and then melt cheddar cheese over it. That was how she got her children to eat broccoli. I wonder how much calcium is in broccoli and cheese?
