Bulletin: Severe Thunderstorm Watch For Southern Minnesota Until 3AM Tuesday

Bulletin: The Storm Prediction Center has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for a large portion of Southern Minnesota until 3AM on Tuesday, May 16.

Large hail, damaging winds, frequent lightning are possible in these areas: Blue Earth, Brown, Dakota, Dodge, Faribault, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Le Sueur, Martin, Mower, Olmstead, Rice, Scott, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, Watowan and Winona counties.

Remember that severe thunderstorms can produce a tornado with little or no advance warning. If threatening conditions are sighted or sirens are heard be prepared to move to a place of safety.
