Bethlehem Academy, Randolph, Byron, Farmington Softball at State

Coaches involved in the four classes of MSHSL fastpitch softball State Tournament conducted seeding Saturday for the event which opens Tuesday, May 3. 2025 in North Mankato.

Bethlehem Academy, Section1A Champions received #7 seed in the 8 team tournament.  The 16-4 Cardinals open 5:30 p.m. at Caswell Park on Field #3 against #2 seed Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley (23-1).

Top seed is Gopher Conference Champion United South Central (23-1) opens against Blackduck (22-3).

Bethlehem Academy is also in the Gopher Conference and so is defending Class 2A Champion Randolph, back to defend their title.

#3 seed Moose Lake/Willlow River (18-6) will face #6 Badger/Greenbush-Middle River (19-6)

#4 seed Braham (22-2) goes up against #5 Wabasso (19-6).

Class 2A Randolph's (23-1) first opponent is Esko (17-8).  They play 3:00 p.m. on Field 1.

#2 seed St. Agnes (22-2) takes on #7 Jackson County Central (22-4).

#3 Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial (23-2) faces #6 Hawley (25-2).

#4 St. Cloud Cathedral (23-2) plays #5 Spectrum (20-0).

Class 3A two-time defending Champion Mankato East (20-4) opens with Simley (14-10).

#2 Chisago Lakes (19-4) tangles with #7 Benilde-St. Margaret's (12-12).

#3 Cretin-Derham Hall (13-11) faces #5 Byron (15-6).

#4 Becker (16-9) plays #5 Rocori (17-5).

Class 4A top seed Forest Lake (22-1) goes up against Edina (15-9)/

#2 Champlin Park (21-2) faces #7 Eagan (15-8).

#3 Farmington (22-2)  plays #6 White Bear Lake Area (18-6).

#4 Bloomington Jefferson (23-2) tangles with #5 Brainerd (17-6).

Class 4A games are scheduled for 10:00 a.m.  Class 3A for 12:30 p.m.

2024 State Champions were New Ulm Cathdral in Class A, Randolph 2A, Mankato East 3A and Rogers in the biggest schools class.
