Do you think Minnesota and Wisconsin are haunted states? If you do, you may be mistaken!

According to online site Brand Watch, Minnesota and Wisconsin are on the lower end of the spectrum when it comes to being haunted. In fact, Wisconsin is one of the least haunted states based on their research.

It's important to note that this data was released in 2018 based on Twitter data they analyzed from September of 2017 through September of the next year. However, it's unlikely things changed that much between last year and this, right? They looked at tweets claiming ghost sightings or being in a haunted room or place. They also took into consideration each state's population, which led to a rough estimate of ghost sightings per person.

Sigh. I always thought Minnesota and Wisconsin were really haunted! Maybe we are really haunted states but we just aren't tweeting about it. Ha! I hope so. I will be interested to see if they update the data any time soon.

In case you were wondering, the most haunted state in the country is North Dakota while Mississippi is the last haunted. Sigh.

By the way - there's at least one place in Minnesota that residents claim is haunted, and it's just a one-hour drive from Duluth!
