Adding Value to Your Dairy

Adding Value to Your Dairy, that is the title of the February 2020 Winter Dairy Series sponsored by the University of Minnesota Extension and the Minnesota Dairy Initiative. The program will be held on Tuesday February 11, 2020 at the Scott County Extension Office 7151 190th Street West, Jordan Minnesota. Dairy farmers can learn about launching profitable enterprises to their dairy operation. The program begins at noon and concludes at 2:30 pm. There is no charge for attending.

Presenters include Kathy Zeman Executive Director of Minnesota Farmers Market Association, Lisa Ramacher, Dairy Plant and Equipment specialist, Minnesota Department of Agriculture, Michael Green and Courtney Beer, Ag Marketing and Development with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. "Come with ideas in mind and learn from agencies that can assist you and provide additional resources."
