The 2018 annual Winter Crops Days sponsored by the Southern Research and Outreach Center (SROC) at Waseca is coming up late next week at 4 locations. This is one of my favorite programs as it is designed to give farmers practical information on dealing with production issues on their farm. It is a bit different this year with a new location and different programs at some of the locations. That means if you have time you may want to attend both days!

Winter crops Days will be on Thursday January 11, 2018 in Arlington at the Community Center 201 Shamrock Drive and in Lake Crystal at the Lake Sports Bar and Grill 151 W Humphrey Street. Registration is at 8:30 and the program begins at 9:00 AM. Then on Friday January 12, 2018 Winter Crops Days will be at SROC in Waseca and the new location this year in Rochester at the Heintz Center 1926 Collegeview Drive East. The morning sessions are from 9-12:00 PM and the afternoon sessions from 1-4:00 PM. For more information on presenters and topics check out the SROC at Waseca website.
