I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who sent wishes (and abuse) for my 60th birthday. I knew I was going to get roasted here at the studio, but it was really funny how they did it. Recording birthday greetings and putting them on the log was a great idea. I didn't know anything about it until I was playing them on the air. Brian and Marge from Wholesale Tire surprised me at the Dam Days parade in Morristown, too, with their antics.

My friends at Paddingtons did not want to be left out either. Paddington, Molly, Alea, Nikki, Rex and the cats, Tinkerbell, Ralph, Charlie and Sam gave me a care package for those over 60. When you are over 60, muscles start to shrink so you need more protein -- there was a chickens foot in the bag. When you are over 60, your teeth start to yellow so you need to polish them -- in the bag was a bull stick to chew on. Finally when you are over 60, your plumbing system slows down -- in the bag was a Barnyard Buddies in the shape of a cow baked with beef and oats. And then there was Paul Bauer who gave me a ride in his 1967 GTO that would go from zero to 120 mph in 6 seconds!
