State parks

This Minnesota state park has a 310-mile long hiking trail that goes through it. It's also been named one of the best state parks in the country!

As Minnesota residents, we are lucky to have 75 state parks and recreation areas spread out all around the state. This means that almost all Minnesotans have easy access, within about a half hour, to the great outdoors. This weekend, entry is free to all 75 as part of National Get Outdoors Day!
