Last weekend our nation celebrated its independence. Every year, people throw on red, white and blue outfits and take a moment to enjoy summer and reflect on what it means to be American.
North Morristown marked its 124th Fourth of July celebration with plenty of food, music and fun.
As always, the parade was a big draw. This year's parade featured 60 entries and lasted a little over an hour.

I drove out to North Morristown on Sunday and saw some people getting things ready for their 124th annual event.
The grounds were virtually empty compared to what they will be on the 4th.

It's been happening since 1892. If you have done your math correctly, that works out to 123 years. That's how long the North Morristown Celebration has been going on. For a little area of people, they do it up in a big way.
