Rice County Attorney Visits AM Minnesota 4-28-2014

Rice County Attorney Paul Beaumaster stopped by for his monthly visit.  We'll discuss the status of any state legislative issues being touted by the County Attorney's Association.  We also discussed the recent Minnesota Court of Appeals Ruling in the Motokazie case in which the court upheld the Rice County Board of Commissioners decision not to require an Environmental Impact Study for the project.  Discussion about the Little Falls murder case and what measures people can take to protect themselves was also  a topic on the program.  If you missed it, listen here.
