It was a number of years ago that CHS Inc. and the CHS Foundation became a 5-star sponsor of the Progressive Agriculture Safety Day Camp. One of the Progressive Agriculture Safety Day Camps will be tomorrow in Rochester. Registration begins at 8:30AM and the Safety Camp will be held rain or shine on the Olmsted County Fairgrounds in Rochester. Over the past 21 years, more than 1.4 million kids ages 4-11 have been at a Agriculture Safety Day Camp.

Janna Davidson, who is an education specialist with the CHS Foundation, said this is a hand- on camp. The kids will go to stations covering topics on electricity safety, ATV and chemical safety, along with animal safety just to name a few. All kids are welcome, not just those living on a farm, and it's free. You can get more information and register on the website - chsrochester.com/safetyday. You can call (507) 289-4086 ext. 133 or just show up tomorrow morning at 8:30 in the 4-H building on the Olmsted County Fairgrounds in Rochester.
