Pork Congress at Minneapolis Convention Center

Minnesota Pork Congress is coming up February 5 and 6, 2019 at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Minnesota Pork Congress is the Midwest's best swine specific tradeshow and educational event. It has a wide variety of tradeshow exhibitors, timely seminars, and social activities developed specifically for pig farmers and pork industry stakeholders. The tradeshow hours will be on Tuesday February 5, 2019 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Wednesday February 6, 2019 from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Minnesota Pork Congress is also a time to celebrate the pork industry in Minnesota and recognize individuals, families and organizations with Pork Industry awards. To register there is a link on the Minnesota Pork Producers web site that will take you to Minnesota Pork Congress. There is also information there on the Taste of Elegance and hotel rooms if you would like to stay in downtown Minneapolis. Remember too that on Monday the day before Pork Congress the Minnesota Pork Board and Minnesota Pork Producers Association will hold their annual meetings.
