The North American Farm and Power Show begins Thursday and continues through Saturday. Show hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. A number of years ago, the Farm and Power Show was held at the Minneapolis Convention Center but then moved to the Four Seasons Center on the Steele County Fairgrounds in Owatonna. Since the move to Owatonna, the show has grown a lot. Many people were not excited about driving to downtown Minneapolis and paying for parking and admission. In Owatonna the parking and admission are free.

Be sure to register for the grand prize, which is a John Deere D110 Lawn tractor courtesy of Ag Power Enterprises in Owatonna, Hollandale, Belle Plaine, and Osage and Northwood Iowa. There will be free educational seminars and the Minnesota FFA Foundation will hold a silent auction. Many of the exhibitors make donates to the FFA Foundation for the silent auction. Hope to see at the show!
