A little over a week ago I hurried out to the farm to try and finish harvesting my beans. I only had 15 acres left, so I knew it could easily finish unless I had a breakdown. I climbed into the combine cab and backed out of the shed. I was watching the mirrors and was not looking forward. After getting out of the shed I looked forward and noticed my new friend was sitting on the bean head.

It did not seem to bother the pigeon when I started the combine and backed out of the shed. I enjoy seeing wildlife when I am out at the farm, but I am not real happy with what pigeons leave behind on my machinery when it is parked in the shed. The shed protects my machinery from rain and snow but not pigeon droppings! I know there are things you can do to get rid of pigeons but it is not that hard to wash it off!
