Jerry Attends Le Sueur County Pork Producers Banquet

It was an honor to be asked to come and speak at the annual Le Sueur County Pork Producers Banquet on Thursday evening. It was held at the Lakeside Supper Club just north of Montgomery. It was a number of years ago I was asked to speak at the Le Sueur County Pork Producers Banquet. I always take it as a compliment if I have emceed or spoken at an event and get invited back. The Lakeside Supper Club is really nice. There are not a lot of supper clubs around anymore where you would go out to eat for special events.

I wanted to also mention that the Le Sueur County Pork Producers honored longtime member Don Rynda with their Good Neighbor Award. Don has been an active member, always willing to help out with any activities promoting pork, especially when grilling is involved! In case you were wondering, I did not pay for my ribs for dinner. But, you could say it was not free because I was the speaker right? OK, then it was almost free!
