The Minnesota Football Coaches Association Tackle Cancer All-Star Football Game announced their rosters and coaches.

Named to the South team were some area athletes, including Faribault Bethlehem Academy linebacker Peyton Glenzinski and Goodhue defensive back Sam McNamara.

Others from the KDHL listening area on the South All-Star squad were Tri-City United running back Aaron Chimal, quarterback Drew Stewart and wide receiver Nick Fossey of Lakeville North, Triton offensive lineman Adam Vacura, New Prague defensive back Will Halloran, Plainview-Elgin-Millville running back Chase Rahman and Northfield kicker Issac Stadler.

Head coach for the South is Matt Gegenheimer of Prior Lake and assistants include John Casselius of Winona.

There are some representatives from the former Big Nine Conference on the all-star team, including Winona offensive lineman Jordan Barthelme, running back Van Neils and linebacker Charlie Schwartz of Mankato West and Mankato East defensive lineman Logan Swanson.

Rochester John Marshall defensive lineman Emmanuel Tetteh-Jada is also on the South team.

The North All-Stars will be coached by Mike Rowe of Rocori.

The game will be Saturday, June 25, at 1PM at St. Cloud State University's Husky Stadium.
