Just About Ready For Breakfast in Faribault

Friday afternoon before the rains came, crews from KDHL and KRFO came out to the Rice County Fairgrounds to set up for the free Farmer's Appreciation Breakfast to be held Saturday morning starting at 8AM. Anyone is welcome to come out for the breakfast, which runs until 10:30AM. There will be some guests and speakers, and farmers will enjoy visiting with some vendors, and you might run into some of your friends you hear on the radio too.

Farm Director Jerry Groskretutz has been talking about this for a while and is excited about it. And we are excited to be doing this on a Saturday this year where more people may have a chance to take part and there is still plenty of time to head back home and take care of the chores.

So see you Saturday morning in the former gymnastics building on the fairgrounds. It's right near where the Sellner stage is and near where the KDHL booth usually is during the fair.
