Rice County Fair Executive Secretary John Dvorak stops by the KDHL studio today to give us a preview of this week's Rice County Fair in Faribault.

KDHL and Power 96 Radio will be broadcasting from the fair a lot this week.

Tomorrow we will get to know the six ladies vying for the Fair Queen and talk about the 40th anniversary of the Queen contest started by legendary KDHL broadcaster Dean Curtis.

More than 100 past royalty members were invited and more than 50 have said they will be in attendance at the Rice County Fair Queen Pageant tomorrow night on the Bruce Sellner Memorial Midway Stage.

The pageant begins at 7PM and will be broadcast on Power 96 Radio 95.9 FM, and live streamed on the Power 96 Facebook page.

I'm honored once again to be the emcee of the event.
