Free Estate Planning Basics at Faribault Senior Center

My siblings and I are still in the process of wrapping up my mom's estate and she's been gone for four years. My parents did a great job setting everything up, but unexpected things can still crop up.

A free Estate Planning Basics event is being held at the Faribault Senior Center September 15 from 1-3PM. You can get basic information about essential estate planning documents. Learn how to write a will and determine your financial power of attorney and leave a health care directive in case you are unable to make decisions about your life.

An estate planning attorney will be there to answer any questions you might have. You will also have the opportunity to sign up for a free will clinic.
